Pumpkin Bread

I had been looking for some type of bread basket and couldn't find what I wanted.

When I saw this at Walmart in the Christmas isle - I really liked it.    It was just the right size to put the bread on for our small family.    It came with a package of mix to make Pumpkin Bread -

so I said ... might as well try it.   I really didn't figure that I would like it  - but it was really good.  

I even got Larry to try it (he was like me - he kind of hesitated) but he said it was really good.  
So we were both surprised!    I went back to Walmart and picked up several more to have on

hand as "happies"!
