Snow Day - February 12, 2010

Well the prediction finally came true.... when all was said and done we got around 4 inches of snow. It started Thursday night (2/11/10) and we woke up to an inch or so. Larry took Molly and me on a short spin around the block, down by Tolberts and back around by the trailer park and home before he went to work. He told me I could go wherever I wanted to because the roads were fine. So I made a round the neighborhood, church and made the block around downtown Philly and came back home. I walked around our property taking pictures. Molly wasn't too thrilled with it - the snow stuck to her hair and matted up and made her really cold. When Larry came home we rode around - out 16 and 21 and back to the Fork road. Everywhere was just so pretty. It snowed until around lunch time and then the sun came out, it warmed up and the snow really started melting. Perfect snow.... a lot of it, beautiful, you could still drive without problems and gone the next day.... and best part... you don't lose electricity!
