I have been wanting to get rid of the shrub in the front of the house for about two years. So on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 Larry came in from work and said let's get the shrub pulled up. So he took a shovel, axe and the tractor and pulled them up. Don't know if "funds" will allow me to plant something this year or not. I want something really low in front of the porch with a small flower bed on each end. Then in front of the picture window I want some that will grow up to the window. Maybe those kind that is planted like around the banks, etc that have the pinkish/purplish blooms on them at this time of year.
