Joyce and her pride and joy.... Carson! Terry, Terri Lee and the kids, Carson and Latham, were going to the Polar Express in Birmingham and they were suppose to wear their pj's. You can tell Carson loves her Nana.
Joyce and Alfie - Alfie did all the decorating for Christmas (and also helped Joyce with the decorating when they built the house and moved in). Alfie is moving to Washington - her husband was transferred with State Farm.
It was so great to get together with friends. Margie didn't get to stay long - grand-daughter was getting married the next day!
Alfie did such a great job decorating Joyce's house for Christmas!
We met at Joyce's on Friday, December 11th. It was a very cold day but we had a great time. Joyce fixed us some BBQ from MS State, potato salad, chips, snacks, and lemon ice box pie and coconut pie along with her famous unbaked fruit cake. I brought some broccoli salad. We had a great day visiting and of course it just wasn't long enough! Joyce fixed me a plate of leftovers to bring home and also gave me a bag of the BBQ. I had fixed Joyce and Margie some hand-made note cards and gave them.
